Less Billable Hours

In many digital agencies across Australia, project management is considered a billable task.

This is fairly standard, as project managers need to have sound technical knowledge and customer service skills to translate your queries and needs into a language that web developers understand.

At Harness, our customer service comes first.

We don’t want our team to be afraid of “blowing out” hours by picking up the phone or sending another email to effectively get the job done. Likewise, we don’t want you to worry about asking “too many questions” or being afraid of another invoice being sent out with little to show for it.

That’s why we’ve decided to include project management as a fixed cost to doing business. This allows us to keep our hourly cost low and for our team to provide an excellent customer experience.

Available Packages

ASCENT and SUMMIT

The time that our project managers spend on your account is expected to ebb and flow throughout our journey together. For this reason, we have left project management uncapped for our ASCENT and SUMMIT packages.

In order for us to offer this in a fair manner between our portfolio, we expect there to be some level of ongoing equitable agreement as to the amount of hours our project managers will spend with you.

BASE

Whilst still enjoying the benefits of being unbillable, our BASE package is capped at 2 project management hours per month, which should be sufficient to manage and deliver 8 hours of development work.
